How do I get my project out of my form?
Simply tap the form with a rubber mallet to release the cured epoxy. Tap the middle portion of the walls and you will hear your pour 'release' from the form wall breaking away (When the form releases from the epoxy, it makes a loud “crack” when hit). Each form has 7 degree open side walls to allow for an easy release from the mold. These molds are 1/4" thick which are sturdy but also flexible enough to remove the piece easily after it cures. You can pour up to 3" deep.
BUILT-IN CLAMPING SYSTEM (included with purchase)
The built in flange around the perimeter of the mold along with our clamping strips, make it easy to clamp any size/shape wood into the mold. No more messing around with clamps to hold your pieces in place. Sometimes additional clamping may be required with the 24" by 48" mold for best results.

ONE PIECE CONSTRUCTION
Our one-piece thermal formed Molds are designed to last a lifetime. Each form has 7 degree open side walls to allow for an easy release from the mold. To reduce epoxy waste with the angled walls, some options would be to fill the area with silicone or scrap wood pieces.
We have tested this design for months and have yet to crack a single mold. No Welds, No Cracks, No Leaks.
NO RELEASE AGENT NECESSARY
These molds are constructed from HMWPE (High Molecular Weigh Polyethylene) which is a smooth surface that cured resin won't stick to. Once your epoxy/resin piece has cured, simply tap the sides and then the bottom to release your piece.
To pro-long the lifespan of your form, we suggest to use this A80 Lubricant in our forms (but NOT in any silicone molds)
